For all we know, the weapon came from a police armory or evidence room, to *help out* with the political drive to disarm DC-area victims.

Police interviewed the proprietor of a shop that sells Tarot packs and other popular games. He was apparently asked if anyone suspicious-looking had recently bought a Tarot pack. His comment: do they think I would notice a guy in full camo carrying a rifle coming into the store?
