IMHO, the tarot card is a red herring. Here's my theory. I think this guy is a non-muslim (ex-spetsnaz or ex-military from the Yugoslavian civuil war) assassin paid by the muslims to promote terror.

I have been hearing the reports that there was something else written on the card that they have not released to the public. Yesterday I had a theory that the President's life was threatened and that was why his bodyguards were helping look for the killer. What do you think of that theory?
