A rumor is something you don't know to be true. A false rumor would be something you know is a lie. I don't think you are trying to say Battlecry was lying. This was clearly an attempt to offer us some breaking news just as quickly as possible. It came from his wife. I think he reason to trust her. Wouldn't you trust yours? Do you know Battlecry? I don't. If you don't, how can you suppose he has reason to trust her? Why should we be in such a hurry to start a "breaking news" thread?

Gee, cinFLA - I don't know why you seem to think this is such a big deal, but if you are down to arguing that it is not normal for one to assume a man would trust the word of his wife then I just guess you are having a very bad day.
