Same MO as the Cole. It's a mess, but if it hadn't been a tanker, even with the fires, it would have resulted in casualties and fatalities. That is one big boat. They were lucky.
I am waiting to see pictures that show it more clearly and how much damage was below the waterline. The video, even slowed down, was pretty grainy too.
