LSD is on probation as of last grand council for violations of gc rules during the initiation. 4 proctors attended the last LSD 3 doins and made sure of compliance. However, if you would like to attend a chapter that is pretty fun and together come to the New Helvetia chapter 5 Chinese New Year overnighter in Isleton the first weekend in March. I always bring a bunch of brothers up in my boat.

As I see it, evolution is an ideological doctrine. If it were only a "scientific theory", it would have died a natural death 50 - 70 years ago; the evidence against it is too overwhelming and has been all along. The people defending it are doing so because they do not like the alternatives to an atheistic basis for science and do not like the logical implications of abandoning their atheistic paradigm and, in conducting themselves that way, they have achieved a degree of immunity to what most people call logic.

"Skin ain't gonna preserve for 70 million years or even 70 thousand"LOL...I know that. To me, though, a perfect fossil IS "perfectly preserved". My most cherished knick knacks are a half a pelvis (with hip socket),a 10" long piece of trunk from a pertified conifer and a (tailless) horseshoe crab about 2" in diameter.
It's a matter of perspective. You're preaching to the converted.

"Mummified" Dinosaur Discovered In Montana (pics included) Montana's Libertarian candidate for Senate?
To: f.Christian
polite rejection---
nice paint job---bondo/chrome/blown engine...
totalled endlessly...bad rebuilds/recycles---WRECKS/relics!
Real cruizer(on blocks/cartoons)
---govt b-52 video---only the scences-lies(background) move!
All the trophies are fake...never had a start---track record!
Clowns---jason(jerks/whacks)!
My universal translator is in the repair shop (bad hard drive). Would you mind providing a quick tutorial on how to convert this to English? I don't see one on your profile page. For instance, are verbs generally forbidden? Do I read it left to right, or is there a certain sequence of words I need to follow? And who is "jason"?
Do you talk like this when conversing in person? If not, would it be too much trouble for you to try typing a full and coherent sentence?

One more time: I ain't an atheist. I'm Catholic. I don't have any atheistic websites. Being Christian does not mean one has to close one's eyes to science.

Keep in mind that:
"The difference between fiction and reality is that fiction has to make sense" - Tom Clancy
To: sneakypete
I agree. If it were something that made more sense like virgin birth, creating the world in 6 days, parting the Red Sea,etc, etc, etc it would be MUCH more believable.
Flying reindeer towing a red-suited fat man in a sleigh, an Easter bunny and tooth fairy. Such mysticism injected into innocent little minds striving to accurately identify reality in their formative years. Often looking up to their parents to confirm whether or not they have accurately identified reality. Those young innocent children betrayed in the name of fun and love. What causes such hideous child abuse? Mysticism: the number-one disease of the conscious mind.

Where's the feathers?????
I know. I know. He is not the right type of dinosaur. But I just had to do it. I am not clear as to what we have. Is it mummified or petrified? Mummified implies actual tissue.
