They could award the prize postumously to Chaimberlain and Hitler for the solution to the Sudetenland crisis and rape of chzeckoslovakia.

Too bad Neville Chamberline is not around any more to win the award.

By his policy of appeasing Egypt, Carter lost a great opportunity to defeat and occupy this most populous Arab country. Also by his policy of supporting human rights in Soviet block countries Carter undermined the healthy Cold War policies.

The Nobel Committee should simply award the Peace Prize to the French and retire it.
