Something just occurred to me...
With respect to "regime change", Ari Fleischer points out that "a bullet is cheaper than a war".
Then, how long was it until the sniper began operating in the Washington suburbs?
The odds are against such a connection. But, perhaps, there is one.
Reports have it that the Secret Service is involved in the sniper investigation. They may have a very good reason...That's an interesting thought.

Snipers represent one of the biggest threats to a president.
Not surprising the secret service would be called in to help.
