DFU SONG: Love Grows Where My Rosemary Goes (blood flows where Islamist scum go) 10-13-02
DFU SONG PARODIES | 10-2002 | Lyrics, Doug from Upland

MIDI - LOVE GROWS (by Edison Lighthouse - who???)

Let's not be pretending…this will not be ending
Not until every one is dead

Because blood flows where Islamist scum go
And everyone knows it's true

On their heads are towels…they smell like your bowels
It really is too much to take

Because blood flows where Islamist scum go
And everyone knows it's true

They get down on their rugs and they pray
Several times in the day
This religion of pe-eace
They'll then be pleased to go slit your throat
Or blow up a big boat
Watch their terror increase

It could not be clearer…trouble's getting nearer
If they are in your neighborhood

Because blood flows where Islamist scum go
And everyone knows it's true
Blood flows where Islamist scum go
And everyone knows it's true

They get down on their rugs and they pray
Several times in the day
This religion of pe-eace
They'll then be pleased to go slit your throat
Or blow up a big boat
Watch their terror incre-ease

Evil they've unfurled…all around the world
They're breathing must come to an end

Because blood flows where Islamist scum go
And everyone knows it's true
Blood flows where Islamist scum go
And everyone knows it's true
Blood flows where Islamist scum go
And everyone knows it's true
Blood flows where Islamist scum go
And everyone knows it's true
Blood flows where Islamist scum go
And everyone knows it's true

Another great one Doug. How's the album going????

We JUST returned from taking folks car to Fla. We rarely watch Seinfeld but were stuck in a hotel room the other night...there was a rerun with one of the characters not able to get the song "Master of the House" out of his head. You can guess the rest. Mr. D. was humming it the rest of the weekend while I chuckled over your lyrics!

Last night, "at the club", mom introduced me to some of her bluehaired friends who she knew were Republican as "my daughter ....., she's a freeper...." What was cute was at their age, they try to cover from memory loss and some actually said...."oh how nice" and "a freeper huh?" And Doug, Mom DID ask about you! She didn't say "pervert" but did say the guy who writes those dirty songs! Her memory is starting to go too so you should be twice as impressed!

Thanks again for a great parody. I'm going backwards and catching up on what I've missed the past 4 days!

Thanks for the great story. I am vacationing in Florida in November and plan to meet gonzo for the first time. I hope he is getting geared up to do the FReeper CD.

I remember that episode. It was George singing Master of the House.

"That was George singing"

Do you know...when we first turned on the TV we were looking for FOX NEWS. But we had driven 13 hours, each had a drink when Seinfeld started and when George started humming it I jumped up and yelled to Mr. D. "Doug made it"...this must be the infamous "masturbation" episode. Never saw it, but heard about it on talk radio.....For awhile thought you were the inspiration LOL

Ah well...#42 is an inspiration for many.

I still keep in touch with Aussie friends; I'll e-mail them today and ask what's the reaction on the "Aussie Street". No doubt they'd like to dangle the terrorists in front of a salt water croc.

Another insufferable parody. This time, twisting a pleasant and quintessential (to me) "California song." O'course, we're all supposed to hate California, right? Except for those in Upland and Fresno.

Ah, the Clymer strikes once again. Either insanity or obsession has caused you to click onto a song parody. I guess that's understandable. It can happen by accident. But then to actually read or sing it and bump it to the top is quite amazing. Instead of ignoring it, you had to make an unsolicited comment. Here is one more bump to the top so others have the opportunity to see it.

Human nature is interesting. I don't like electric shocks so I don't stick a fork in a light socket. Your find the parodies "insufferable" but just can't help yourself. I hope you stay away from light sockets and don't go fork yourself.

For your singing enjoyment, here are more California songs --- SMILE AND SING TO YOUR HEART'S CONTENT. Perhaps you want to go bump some of them.

You forget, to no one's surprise, that the "browse" screen foists the first six to eight lines of every posting -- including your pretentious parodies -- on the FreeRepublic user WHETHER ONE WANTS IT OR NOT. So there's no avoiding their existence -- at least from any command that I know about.

===========================

Since, to the best of my recollection, I have never found anything you've written to be worthy of my reading, I have no trouble ignoring your posts unless they are specifically directed to me. It would not be very difficult for you to simply ignore the songs. That is just fine. What is interesting is that you can't ignore them, have to make an unsolicited personal attack on me, and then bump them to the top. I'll let your psychiatrist determine the reason for that behavior. By the way, you shouldn't end a sentence with a preposition ("about"). That's just a free friendly grammar tip.

If you want to do the sane thing and avoid that which apparently gives you a wedgie, just pass over the songs. If you want to attack me and continue bumping them to the top, I guess I'll just keep responding and bump them back again. It does seem foolish that you would want to waste your time unless, however, your time is of no value. Actually, that wouldn't surprise me.

So to review, you are not able to avoid the "existence" of the songs, however, you are able to avoid reading them, commenting on them, launching an attack on me, and bumping them to the top. Perhaps we should have a betting pool to see when you will appear again on a song post.
