Check out the redundant Gallileo satellite positioning system. The Europeans are going ahead with that so they don't have to rely on the US. With the instability of present and future presidents of the US, do you really think the European's trust the US. Not likely. This ridiculous warmongering on Iraq will only reinforce it.

By the way the US wil not be allowed to attack Iraq.
