I give it about a week until somebody in an editorial office or on campus Down Under decides it's all Australia's fault. Why isn't too clear at the moment, but rest assured they'll find a reason - probably on the order of "uncritical support of U.S. imperialism" or some other old wheeze. One might hope that at some point somebody on the left might pull his head out and realize that reflexive anti-Americanism is making them soulmates of murderers, but then it didn't matter when it was Stalin, so it probably won't now.

Yeah. I wonder how long it will be before the Aussie media is asking the all important question: "Why do they hate us so?"

A week! Puh-lease. One day later in the same paper:

Beware Christ's zealots as they fan the flames

The answer is predictable. Australia interfered when the nice Muslims of Indonesia were doing a bit of ethnic cleansing to the Christian West Irians. They should have left the Muslims to "do their thing," in the spirit of multicultural tolerance.

Didn't they know that Muslims are a certified victim group allied with the left, which gives them the right to kill, rape, and enslave Christians and Jews?
