If there is no incident today I think it will be due to the federal holiday. Just my opinion.
He knows he has an advantage when shooting at night - LESS people on the streets - diminished vision from eye witnesses - IF he shoots today - it will a shooting tonight...he is a creature of "rituals", his ritual is very important to him.
I just don't see him going 3 days...he is a sick freak...with a sick hobby.
