There is a thread here somewhere discussing
reluctance of black on white rape victims to
report the crimes for fear of being seen as
racist. PC has turned us into a society afraid
to lift a hand in its own defense. Suicide,
anyone?

People have commented on the fact that these victims didn't fight back. I know that they were very committed Christians, and I'm wondering if their religion taught them that it is wrong to fight back? "Turn the other cheek" and all of that.

I'm wondering if we are living in an era of "toxic religious mutation", where major religions are morphing into something wholly different from what they once were or were intended to be.

Christianity seems to be infatuated with a passitivity that borders on self-immolation. Meanwhile, Islam seems to be infatuated with helping Christianity to self-immolate, torching civilizations everywhere it goes and praising how beautiful they look illuminated by firelight.

Am I the only one to be reminded of the Eloi and Morlock?
