But here's the thing: they're born as American citizens which affords them rights and protections, not given to foreigners.....these protections are being used towards their favor, and they know this: none have been tried as "traitors" because the liberals, who hate this country, believe we deserve 9/11, and anything else done to innocent Americans.

FDR included Japanese-American citizens when he interned the Japanese in 1942. The Supreme Court upheld the internments as legal.
