Borrow law enforcement from every police dept. in the country to go thru the tips coming in

I agree with you 100% on this these little departments are too small to handle cases like this. Why aren't they asking departments in the cities like LA, NY and Dallas to help out? They all have worked on serial and or sniper killer crimes before and their insight can be invaluable. Moose is wasting precious time.

These are not small departments, but very large ones, if you are speaking of Montgomery in Maryland and Fairfax in Virginia. Fairfax county is more populated and far wealthier than D.C. and its department by and large is better run. It has far more business and revenue. Tysons Corner alone has more office space than downtown Miami.
