Gephardt Says He Wants To Focus On The Economy, But How Credible Is He? Where Was He When His Vote Counted? Time After Time, Vote After Vote, He Voted Against Legislation Critical To Strengthening The Economy And Creating Jobs. President Bush Led And The Republican House Took Action By Making The Tax Cuts Permanent, Passing Pension Reform, And Passing An Energy Bill Which Allowed Expanded Domestic Drilling For Oil.
