I think that it hit them last week, when they first killed the report of two Hispanic or possibly Middle Eastern men being the snipers. I think that Moose is playing the role of obstructionist on this one. They have probably convinced him that it would be racial profiling and that he, a Black man, wouldn't want to be accused of racial profiling.
