i haven't read the thread yet, but i wasn't aware that the people's republic of maryland had ccw?

I don't live in MD, but from what I am learning, you can apply, but very few permits are awarded. FOX news ran the statistics about CCW permit applications being up 500%. Maybe some Freeper from MD can clarify?

The rate of 500% was for Virginians applying for CCW's. Maryland remains a horrible home for gunowners.
