Unfortunately there is now way, repeat NO WAY, to insure that my support payments actually go to the kids.
Two weeks ago, I had to mak a special trip to deliver my son's only pair of shoes, so he could go to school. I bought him those shoes, even though his mother gets $1100 a month for his child support.
At least he has a roof over his head, and is eating...
Laws need to change.
You know, a society where fathers automatically got custody, and their ex-wives got child support obligations, would be very interesting!
