As I said ... I don't know anything about Businesss and Accounting and I don't really care to know. (Zzzzzzzz) My only related experience comes from years of organizing and outlining the discovery of legal counsel only too happy to give the likes of Jim and Badjoe a run for their money with an anal exam of their accounts.

(I can only imagine the fun hostile parties would have characterizing FR as some two-bit operation that excused the destruction of all financial records on the basis of some argument or the "Majority's" view that Badjoe should follow through on a directive issued in the heat of the moment. Imagine the foundation that would lay for even more damaging allegations.)

I find it unbelievable so many grown adults who likely hang on to their own checkbook stubs at least a year or so are amazed that Joe didn't burn the credit card receipts the moment Jim told him to destroy them.
