FBI Profilers Turn Up Likely Composite

Sources close to the FBI tell NewsMax that Bureau profilers have created a composite of the serial killer.

The FBI profile claims the sniper(s):

is a Caucasian

is a male

likely is in his late 20s to early 30s

has access to two vehicles

maybe working in tandem with a second individual

lives in Montgomery County, Md.

just over a month ago, some incident or experience, threw the killer "over the edge” Sources reveal that FBI profilers and investigators are scripting all of Chief Moose’s public statements.

The FBI is currently engaging in several investigative procedures based on their profile.

Most people think that "Caucasian" is just a fancy word for "white."

My pet peeve is cops who talk to the media about "the gentleman who is killing these people..." or "the gentleman" who set fire to the orphanage, etc.

That's my pet current theory, too (changes daily).

It would explain why they won't show us the ^%$&^$# composite sketch.

But Georges doesn't explain the rash of shootings elsewhere in the country that are under-reported.

In the United States, it's just common sense that the racial group with the largest numbers are going to commit the largest percentage of these types of crimes.

So wouldn't it be common sense that the profile would be caucasian? As to your comment about serial killers in other countries without caucasian populations; the killings aren't happening in those countries so that profile would be irrelevant.

I think the use of the word 'caucasian' is kind of interesting because I think people use 'white' more often and 'caucasians' actually came from the Middle East originally.

Recently, there was some detective, true story, about a rapist. He got busted, after years and years, because they tested a new theory.

Theory was, by checking the multiple crime scenes, they could predict where he lived. Turned out the serial rapist lived in the neighborhood of the victims, and was a cop. Maybe this guy is a cop?

But only because most of them are males, and most people in the United States are "white", whatever that might mean.

The person doing this, knows the streets, woods, places like the back of his hand. In order to get away, it would be helpful if he had inside knowledge on what the cops and feds are looking for and how they think and operate. That rapist was very brazen, telling his victims they could never catch him. His confidence came from the fact that he was watching the investigations from a distance, even visiting the rape centers.

One guy here who shares my model theorizes the bus driver was shot because the location was right next to where two victims were being buried.

That makes perfect psychotic sense to me.

Sheesh! You can't have missed the point, could you? A blanket statement, "most serial killers are white," is the problem. That formulation was developed many years ago and was based on historical records of an America (and a world) that no longer exists. The fact is that most killers of ANY type in this country were white until comparatively recently in our history. So is it valid to make a blanket assumption that most killers are white today? Of course not. As little as 30 or 40 years ago, whites were about 80% to 90% of the population. Now the percentage is down considerably. Here in California, whites are no longer in the majority.

As movement in and out of this country gets easier and easier, and as the population shifts, old assumptions need to be reworked. Until only very recently, who would have expected Mexican and Guatemalan illegal aliens to turn up in the middle of a big crime story in Virginia. Not long ago, maybe a couple of years back, a Mexican national was riding around on trains in this country killing people. Here in California, we've had Hispanic and Asian "serial" killers. The DC-area killer may be white, or may not. To make an assumption that he is white based on historical averages (which is what profilers do) is to potentially put blinders on the investigation.

I read a book recently on Jack the Ripper. It was written by either the guy or one of the guys who invented FBI profiling. The author purported to ID the Ripper based on profiling techniques. Believe it or not, he said one of the characteristics of the Ripper was that he was a white male. Well duh! Who does he think was living in London in 1888! I'd venture to say about 99.9% white. And the male part? Percentage-wise, there are an extraordinarily few number of women killers. So saying the Ripper (or any killer) is male is not exactly rocket science.

The person is following a similar pattern then of wanting to be stopped, making it more and more obvious how to get him. If this isn't a terrorist, the guy's brain is frying from guilt, paranoid delusions, anger, rage....

But, WHY would a cop do this, or what would make a guy snap like that?
