This links the credit card, and all but links AQ to this entire mess. Now, how does this connect to Saddam? (Damn right, I'm reaching...)

Brian Wilson is talking about the Credit Card

On Sept 21 there was a robbery in Alabama where a person was killed and the CC belonged to the person that was killed

Yeah... I know Darlin'.

The whole "duck in a noose" thing sounds to me like marching orders.

If there is martial law, are elections still held?

It would depend on the reason for the martial law, I guess. I would think that is a highly unlikely prospect at this time. It's not something I'd waste any time worrying about right now.

Duck in a noose....just about the same as "tiger by the tail"...got more than they bargained for and not hurting sniper/sniper organization but themselves?

PER FOX:

Credit card is playing a significant part in investigation and may have been used in Tacoma Park.

Native American folk tale. Rabbit throws a noose on a duck. Duck flies up. Rabbit gets tired and lets go. Rabbit falls in stump. Stuck. Get's hungry. Eat's own fur. Last line "To this day, when Rabbit is hungry, he eats his own fur."

This makes my tin foil spark. And I'm usually a Saran Wrap girl.

I think we all are in agreement about that, but for what?

I don't see how it can be anything good. If you were the shooter, why would you demand that Moose say this?

Brian Wilson reporting that there was a shooting in Alabama in a liquor store on Sept. 22, a credit card was stolen off the dead individual and is now involved with this serial shooting.

Credit card was recently used in Tacoma Park in the D.C. area.

Perhaps they want this guy on a firearms charge....he may know who they're looking for.

I"m sure he does know. I'll bet he's the trigger man on the liquor store robbery.

You know....stolen credit cards are often sold for quick use. Now these two may have killed the women, but I wonder if they sold the card.

Amazingly enough -- this folklore that was found does make sense. Don't leave out "We have caught the sniper, like.." just like the rabbit caught the duck with the noose.

Why would they ask Moose to say "We caught the sniper like a duck in a noose" if they hadn't?

Probably another threat. Give him the money, tell America that LE has caught the perp, while he gets away clean with the money.
