Did anyone hear the analyst on FOX state that he paid 8 parking tickets because his car was photographed. Is this a common practice, and does anyone have first hand experience with how this works?

That guy just blahhered on and on. And again he tried to make a joke. Get over it already.
To answer your question, I think he meant something like he got tickets for going through red lights or something, that's all I can think of about what kind of ticket you can get with a camera.
