Same here, and I'm in North Seattle. Neighbors would sleep in their RV as a) the house was trashed and b) they didn't know when the cops were going to come around and kick them out. Its amazing how it goes from okay area to total crap house by house.

Cars are in the yard behind me...I seriously think probably oil drums too. I wouldn't be surprised if they came a-diggin'! Altho he seems like a nice guy.
