Local Connection To D.C. Sniper?

TACOMA - FBI agents are searching in the backyard of a Tacoma duplex for some sort of evidence that might be linked to the D.C.-area sniper.

Agents were meticulously sweeping the backyard of the duplex near the corner of Center and Proctor Streets with metal detectors, but the FBI will not say what they're looking for.

Deborah Waters, a witness to the scene who lives across the street, says that agents had retrieved some sort of large object and put it in the back of a van. It's not known what the object is.

If this is AQ, they like to rent duplexes or homes rather than apartments so as to now draw attention to themselves. WHO RESIDES AT THAT PROPERTY? Anybody know? House look familiar?

C'mon Freepers, let's figure out who owns the house where the search is being done. Deborah and Chris live at 3309 S Proctor Street. Across is likely 3308, 3310 and 3312.

A spitoon ... an old engine ... 10 years worth of cans that should have been recycled but weren't ... the Nike sign ... the possibilities are endless.
