Grant immediate green cards to not only the estimated 8 to 11 million illegal aliens currently residing in the U.S

It wouldn't be limited to those currently residing in the US, just like the 80's amnesty wasn't limited to those living in the US at that time. The minute amnesty is opened up, millions of people will come over to get in on it ....they only ask them to get someone (anyone --it can be a total stranger) to write a notarized letter saying they employed the illegal. Illegals don't have documents or at least not real ones so it's impossible for them to prove anything.
