Happy Friday.

Urgent Request:

I found something interesting. However, I need a Freeper with fluent Arabic (reading, ability to translate to English) capabilities. Request private Freepmail today if there are any out there. Please contact me so I can run something past you that I have picked up from the Middle East press which could be "interesting".

My ajeeb translator software works, but I need independent confirmation,

Good Morning.....I have one question before I leave for work...Since the first shooting was in Alabama, shouldn't they have first crack at these two?

Thanks for opening the thread. Good morning!! LOL I guess everyone is sleeping from those late night Moose conferences on TV. I am tending to go not towards Al-Qaeda influence but Nation of Islam. I think this guy was totally influenced by the Nation of Islam.

Alabama would be a good choice. We do believe in the death penalty.

My question:

How many angry white males out there are really pissed and won't kill a soul today or kill another white person?

From what I heard on TV, there is no hard rule. The phrase
was, "whoever has the body", 'body' meaning the perp, not the victim. So whoever catches 'em keeps 'em unless a deal is worked out with another juristiction. The state that caught them does not have to give them up to another state unless they choose to.

On The Today Show, Muhammad's cousin, Edward Holiday, from Baton Rouge, LA, who grew up with Muhammad, described him as "a loving, kind decent person who would help anybody."

Contrary to suggestions that Muhammad has mean streak, he stated: "I've never seen a violent temper, never seen him angry."

He added that he never discussed with Muhammad why he changed his name from Williams, or what Muhammad thought about the 9/11 attacks.

Did you hear the idiot reporter hat asked Rumsfield if this was a black eye against the military?

I want to see someone ask the same question of a few Muslim clerics.

I have questions about Malvo's relationship with Muhammad.

As it looks like he wasn't related, not a legal stepson, I wonder what brought them together and kept them together....drugs, sex, obsession with ?. Was Malvo the sparkplug of the violence rather than a brainwashed sycophant? How did they meet?

Here's an article on him that has been described as a whitewash.

By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

Filed at 9:27 p.m. ET

KINGSTON, Jamaica (AP) -- A 17-year-old arrested as one of two suspects in the Washington-area sniper shootings left Jamaica in his early teens and moved to another Caribbean island before migrating to the United States, his father and Jamaican officials said Thursday.

John Lee Malvo, 17, was arrested with Army veteran John Allen Muhammad as they slept at a roadside rest stop near Frederick, Md. Police say the two are the suspects in a three-week series of sniper attacks in the suburban Washington D.C. area that left 10 people dead.

``This morning I woke up and heard the news and I said 'That sounds like my son,''' said Leslie Malvo, 55, a building contractor in Kingston, Jamaica.

``He was a nice kid so I don't know how he got mixed up in this,'' he told The Associated Press at a street corner near his home in the city's central Waltham Park neighborhood.

Jamaica's Foreign Affairs Ministry said a Lee Boyd Malvo is registered as having been born in Kingston on Feb. 18, 1985, to Una James and Leslie Samuel Malvo, and a Lee Malvo attended high school in Jamaica before emigrating to another Caribbean island in 1998 at age of 13.

``Local school records show no evidence of disruptive behavior and point to the attainment of an academic standard that was satisfactory,'' a statement from the ministry said.

Leslie Malvo said he last saw his son in 1998.

There were local media reports that John Lee Malvo and Allen may have met in Antigua, where the local Observer Radio reported that Allen lived around 1999. It quoted unidentified tellers saying Allen had a bank account on the island, which has been criticized by the United States for lax supervision in a tax-free haven.

U.S. authorities said Malvo listed Allen as his father -- apparently a stepfather -- when he enrolled in high school in Bellingham, Washington, last year.

Rohan Malvo, a 33-year-old cabinet maker and son of Leslie Malvo, remembered changing the diapers of a half brother he called ``Lee.''

``Somebody saw a photograph of him today and said we resemble each other,'' he told the AP in Waltham Park, where they lived when they were children. It's a working-class neighborhood with concrete slab houses and some tin shacks, where stray dogs roam and children play on potholed streets.

He said Lee Malvo was 5 or 6 years old when his mother moved from the neighborhood.

Police traced Malvo to a house in Tacoma, Wash. that was searched Wednesday. He had been living in the house with Muhammad, a source told the AP.

Classmates who remember Lee Malvo from a three-month attendance at Bellingham High School said he was studious, polite and well-dressed -- but did not make any friends.

``He would speak up and he would tell his opinion. You don't get that from many high school students,'' said Chrissie Greenawalt, who went to a writing class with Malvo. ``I thought that was cool.''

Do you think they gave him marching orders and/or are planning other attacks on American soil? Or are you just speaking ideologically? If the latter, what can be done to prevent similar situations on the part of NOI in the future? If the former, do you suppose the CIA will be providing info, and this case should actually be reclassified as 'enemy combatants' so it moved to military tribunal in order to keep the wraps on info gleaned on the NOI as an internal terrorist organization?

Someone should import information from his ex-wife, both of them. One had a restraining order for him, which is the charge he was arraigned on, as it was not legal for him to be in possession of a firearm if you have a restraining order out on you.

He was not allowed to buy a silencer one report said. Can anybody?

And there is not any good information about where and when he got the Bushmaster, bought legally or illegally or stolen or given to him. That information should be interesting.
