Well it seem neutral to me. Assuming one can decide what to put on the chip. For instance a biker could get "born to ride" on theirs. A rocker "rock and roll will never die". A moslem "there is no god but Allah" ... everyone could put blood types. Real hard asses should get one that says "f*ck you" and contains no other information.

It's just another technology, for now.
