Last night the Jamaican foreign ministry confirmed that a youngster named Lee Boyd Malvo had emigrated to "another Caribbean island" in 1998, at the age of 13, which would make him the same age as the boy who has been at the centre of one of America's most sensational crimes and manhunts ever.

Seattle Times, 10/27:

While in Antigua, Muhammad had lived with his three children, two girls and a boy, in St. John's, the island's capital. Malvo apparently was already known to Muhammad, who introduced the boy as his son, neighbors said.

On Monday, immigration officials plan to search for any record of Malvo's obtaining a passport in Antigua. So far, they have been unable to find any record of his arrival on the island.

"We can't find anything on the other guy, the 17-year-old, nothing at all," said Antigua's chief immigration officer, Lt. Col. Clyde Walker. "That means he might have come in under some other name."

On April 14, 2001, immigration inspectors at the Miami airport stopped Muhammad because they thought he was using false documents. Inspectors also thought Muhammad was trying to help two Jamaican women enter the country with fake documents.

Two months after the airport incident, Malvo entered the United States with his mother, Una James, arriving south of Miami aboard a cargo ship with other undocumented immigrants.

That places Malvo's arrival in the states in June, 2001. He enrolled in a Ft. Myers, FL school on 8/13 (beginning of school year), and disappeared on 10/16/01. According to the Naples Daily News, 10/25, “Malvo and Muhammed are believed to have rented a home at 2510 Broadway in Fort Myers from owner Antoine Eveque."

I haven’t seen any reports yet that definitely place Malvo and Muhammad together in Antigua, but if someone else has, let me know.

Muhammad was also arrested for false ID leaving Antigua on March 11, 2001, (bound for LA via Miami), per the Seattle Times. According to the Antigua police, he escaped from jail. (Right!)

I have a feeling Muhammad was in and out of Antigua and Jamaica for years, greasing a lot of palms along the way.

Perhaps he was aiding people, who would normally come under scrutiny if they tried to enter the US the legal way, to get within our borders?

Just a possibility.

Also, the liquor store in Alabama yielded no money so I haven't seen much evidence that he actually made a living by robbing, but of course it could be that such evidence will come to light eventually.

Mohammad was in Antiqua from 3/2000 to June 2001

He was in and out of Antigua during that time period, e.g. arrested at Antigua airport, 3/11/2001; arrested at Miami airport, 4/14/2001 (both for false docs -- and released/escaped both times).

There has also been other witnesses at Antiqua Home Depot and an Antiqua bank that have reported seening Mohammad as resently as August this year.

It seems that everyone saw Mohammad during that time. He was also seen in Camden, NJ, hanging out with Osbourne. Both sightings could be true, since he was running illegals out of Antigua for years, it looks like. I believe Fox said today that Osbourne's been here since '94, and he's illegal -- another grateful Muhammad customer, who "owed" him, of course (or whom he threatened to turn over to the INS - as if that would bring any consequences whatsoever.)

There are at least three possibilites:
1. He sold passports, stole credit cards, shot people to get a payoff, and did all those other things because he's just a crook. He might have had other motivations, but him being a crook is the predominate motivation.
2. He was being paid by AQ all along, but he only did #1 because it was fun for him.
3. He was actually working for AQ (or the CIA or the FBI), and #1 was just a cover.

My money's on #1. He might have been an AQ sympathizer, but that doesn't mean he was paid by them (or anyone else).

Nelson and other persons say Muhammad came into contact with Malvo because of an affair he had with Malvo's mother, Una James, who was living in the community of Villa about four miles from Ottos, where Muhammad lived.
