Since the cloud is moving at a fast rate it is clear the camera is panning. Therefore a near feild object, like a smudge on a window in front of the camera, would move by very quickly.
Secondly, if there was a window in front of the camera, it could be reflecting objects behind the camera. Anything in motion behind the camera would move across the field of view of the camera after being reflected.
Sorry, unless the details of the situation are more fully reported, this thing don't rate.

"I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them. It is not to inaugurate new programs, but to cancel old ones that do violence to the Constitution, or that have failed in their purpose, or that impose on the people an unwarranted financial burden. I will not attempt to discover whether legislation is 'needed' before I have first determined whether it is constitutionally permissible. And ff I should later be attacked for neglecting my constituents' 'interests,' I shall reply that I was informed their main interest is liberty and that in that cause I am doing the very best I can.

Looks like a new bunker buster missile is under test. Long cylindrical shape with fairly strong walls and multiple tiered shaped charges are ideal for deep penetration and concrete busting.
Watch out Saddam!
Note: During Gulf War I an improvised bunker busting missile was engineered in record time (just weeks). It used a 105mm artillery barrel, further hollowed out and stuffed with high explosives. They slaped some paveway guidance packs and dropped it.
This missile sounds like the same thing only bigger with a much, much faster speed when hitting the target. The higher spped and weight will allow it to penetrate many yards of feet and clay before igniting the warhead. The warhead will have a delayed fuse so that the missile will dig as deep as possible for discharging a huge wallop.

That's impossible, 'cause the Earth is flat.

HE HATE ME. Pro Career A speedy, shifty running back, Rod Smart made a name for himself, literally, as "He Hate Me" in the XFL's lone season of existence. Now, Smart looks to find his real name stitched on the back of an Eagles jersey in 2002. A free agent signee of the Eagles in 2001, Smart played in six games before suffering a season-ending Lis Franc foot sprain in the regular season finale at Tampa Bay (1/6/02). Joined the Eagles practice squad on 10/2/01 and was promoted to the 53-man roster on 11/19/01. Played in six games, mostly on special teams. Registered his first two NFL carries (6 yds.) vs. TB (1/6/02) before suffering a Lis Franc sprain. As a member of the Las Vegas Outlaws (XFL) in the spring of 2001, Smart ranked 2nd in the league in rushing behind John Avery with 146 carries for 555 yards and 3 TDs, while leading the Outlaws in receiving (27 for 245). Signed as a rookie free agent by the San Diego Chargers on 5/19/00, before being released three weeks later on 6/9/00. After being released by San Diego, Smart spent August, 2001 with the Edmonton Eskimos of the CFL

You are right. Rods do not have little fins on them. I wish someone would post a cruise missile next to it. The first thing I thought of when I saw this was TWA 800. This looks to me like a missile.
To: rintense
I saw it, too. It would look like a missile, except for the forward "fins"; if they were added propulsors, can't figure what good they'd do in the front. Have to admit, it looked genuine, from the way it went behind the clouds.

I agree. But I am not discounting anything at this point in history, the FBI was interested enough to take the origianl tape.
