Truth,a word that the PC in all cities can't seem to understand. The fault lies where it is identified as in the print written by this bold but misunderstood teacher. This teacher has made a point and now its up to the rest to exam the Facts as they are. It already is awful hard to fill teachers to fill positions with Good abilities, now it seems the goals are begining to lessen with each incident as he has stated. The schools need to reappoach the issue and return to the roots of education as they were first deployed.

Truth teller. He is saying exactly what I have seen for many, many years. When I ran a YMCA after school program and summer camp the only discipline problems I had were with black kids. I fired the two black counselors who were worthless and yelled too much, hired good counselors, two of whom were black, 4 white, implemented a strict discipline program along with an excellent camp program. The black kids, in particular, were grateful. Several kids came up to me and said how much fun camp was compared to the year before because there was no fighting and yelling.
