I heard Ann Compton on ABC radio tonight broadcasting live from this rally, which she said was HUGE and rivaled anything seen during Bush's presidential campaign!!

I have no idea what is going to happen. The polls seem to fluctuate madly.

But I think we have reason to hope.

Our President is VERY popular, deservedly so, and he is really trying to get this done. I guess we'll know on Wednesday.

It is our older daughter, Lynn, who is having the hysterectomy on Tuesday. Her cousin in MS had to have one about 2 years ago and she is 1 year older than Lynn. I had one when I was a few years older than Lynn and Tonya. Guess it is heredity. When she came by earlier tonight on her way home from work, she looked and sounded extremely tired and I told her she would be feeling much better in a few weeks.

You notice how Dubya is holding the child? (Especially in the first picture).

Dubya, whether by instinct or not, is holding the little guy as a child should be held...not as a 'prop'.
Just something that caught my eye right away.
