I copied that from the http://wwww.getusout.org site but it was in .PDF file so the format did not hold well. Anyway, you get the idea. Providing that it is legal, I am planning ot spend the day outside the voting poll in my district and catch people exiting the polls to have them sign the petition. (one that I have briefly modified) I figured what better way to catch registered voters right?
I know you cant "hassle" people going in to the polls so I plan to catch them on the way out. Then fill the names in with the Congressman/Senators elected and send it to them at least once a week.
