Don Friovinai from the Hog Wild FReepers here. Another piece of information we picked up at the XXX-42 Rally. Canidate Mike Ross of the 4th District has been paying anyone to hold signs for him. Saturday, November 2, 2002 was the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Homecomming Game. UAPB is a predominatly black campus. Mr. Ross was paying anyone who wanted to hold signs during the parade and game. The pay rate was $40.00 and a free dinner at Churches® Chicken. I personally believe that if people wanted to campaign for a canidate, they would not need to be paid. This information was given by some of the sign holders for Bynum. More to come myself and the other Hog Wild FReepers.

"The pay rate was $40.00 and a free dinner..."
Isn't this also illegal?
BTW, I read in the Washington Times about the American Conservative Union's website
www.voterfraud@conservative.org, which I plant to visit today. They also have a hotline (703)836.8602 x 19. They want info on "potential cases of voter fraud and illegal electioneering activities".

What I want to know is how the campaign treasurer keeps track of all these "paid employees". What do they use to "pay" these people? The campaign "slush fund"?
