NW PA - Just voted for Fisher for Gov, Peterson for US House, R I for state senate whose name I can't remember, and Jones (D) for state Rep, I didn't vote for the Pub because she is a total idiot (ex- wouldn't debate opponent because "Her schedule is booked solid", don't worry the Pub will probably win anyway.

We have been calling the voter hotline here in Pulaski county, and it's constantly busy.

Thought the FBI was supposed to be monitoring the polling places in Little Rock?!

I still want to know how many of those displaced or put out voters were registered Republican's?

My wife and I voted two weeks ago via absentee here in the People's Socialist Republic of Red China, Providence of Washington State. Of course, we hope our Republican / Liberterian friends win, but our chances are slim. Joe Marine is running against our current democommie rep Jay Inslee in the House, but I doubt he will win as part of Inslee's area is north Seattle and King County and they are all mostly devoted leftists there. Of course the remainder of our area (Kitsap County) will reelect devoted leftist and Algore buttkisser Norm Dicks to the House. Hopefully Jennifer Dunn gets reelected. Only Eastern Washington across the Cascade Mountains is conservative. The three main counties of Western WA are leftist. And, that is where the main majority of the population of the state is. Anyway, we voted for conservatives. I would not vote for a democommie if you put a gun in my mouth and threatened to pull the trigger!

Done! Voted for Jeb Bush and all other Pubbies; also voted against FL Supreme Court judges famous for the 2002 circus.

And, oh, yes, I voted against some strange amendment to the FL Constitution that would have outlawed farrowing pens for hogs. Go figure.

Voted in our southern Chester County (PA) district around 9:30am. Wife and I were numbers 732 and 733 for the morning.

Our chioces were: Fisher for Governor, Pitts for the House, Ross for State House. We also voted yes on the initiative to help the volunteer firemen and rescue services in the state.

Wow, this thread could get huge!

I just went out to vote and on the way there I saw an African-American police officer in a donut shop and was so intimidated that I turned back. Word out on the street is that there are hundreds of them all across America munching donuts, getting coffee, and occassionally pulling over speeders. Statistics show that most people pulled over for traffic violations by African-American state troopers are caucasian. Conspiracy or paranoid delusion - you decide.

I am going to try again later to vote at another percinct across town but fear they won't let me vote there either. I think I will file a lawsuit.

voted in Louisiana on my way to work this morning. Light drizzle, low 60's - no problem at the precinct. Praying for a run off down here!

mafree, good on you! Interesting that your poll worker asked you for your address. When I voted in Waukesha County, the poll worker just asked me if I lived at such and such street. I said yes (it was true). Anyone could have gone in there, said they were me, and voted in my place. No ID check, nothing. Something must be done to verify that people voting are who they say they are.

He looked kinda shakey when I saw him at the Shad Planking. Either he knew it was me or he had spent some time with his buddy Teddy.

Interesting. Personally, I fear such an ammendment (#1) given that Charlottesville is so tax-happy. the doubling of parking fines couple with wasteful traffic calming projects has me considering burying my money under my house.

I voted yes on #1 because I thought any measure designed to address crime I was for, but I worry I didn't read it correctly.

I screwed up my numbers. I voted for the "crime" ammendment and no on the "tax" ammendment
