ABC is reporting a 188 vote victory for Thune, with 100% reporting.
But the numbers don't jive with the SD SoS numbers...

CNN seems to show just 2 counties left.
Shannon which has 80 percent of the vote counted and Hamlin with 92 percent of the vote counted.
The lead for the Thune seems to be 188.

WHy is it taking so long for them to count the votes? I went to bed and there were 28 precints left. And now these three have been sitting there since I woke up.

I am comparing the margins in the other 5 races at the top of the ticket, to the Thune campaign. 20-30k margins across the board...except this race... Are you still pessimistic with 100% precints counted and Thune still up? Granted who knows what a recount and abesentees will bring, but it still looks good.

ABC has spies in the two Indian precincts and they know their numbers are as good as the Pubbie district. They were given a heads up before the numbers were transmitted to the SoS.

But it shows Johnson with less votes (with all precincts reporting) than the SoS site with all but 3 reporting.
