Those statistics don't make much sense considering that there has to be a good portion of people under 18. I'm looking at Davison county which is basically the town of Mitchell a town of 15000 total people and I know that there can't be that many registered voters in that county.

Lookie here, the population of Jones County is 1193 there are 882 registered voters that would leave 311 children in the entire county. I looked up Jones County Public Schools on the web. There is a High School. If there is a High School, I bet there are more than 311 students. I think I will give them a little call tomorrow and see how many teens are in their student body.
