The guest cabins are now gone but two homes and some other facilities remain,along with 22 trailers and mobile homes used by about 30 residents. This is impossible on a 1.7 acre site. Did they mean 17 acres?
BTW,the old trailers like that guy is posing in front of were all originally built as travel trailers,and they were very well built.

I saw that article last night and wondered the same thing. The sad part is that the owner will have a hard time improving the site now. The Historical designation is more trouble than it is worth.
