Thanks General Ashcroft for giving the nod to Virginia. I wouldn't trust Maryland juries, judges or parole boards.

Interesting new facts, if they are facts, in an article in this morning's Washington Post: 'I'm Sure He Had Me in His Scope': Muhammad's Ex-Wife Links Killings to Custody Fight :

By 1997, Mildred and John and converted to Islam. As their domestic problems mounted, most of their friends at the mosque sided with John, she said. He had wrongly accused her of having an affair, she said, and took the matter to the mosque. As a result, she lost her job as a secretary.

"I was made to look as if I was incompetent and pathetic," she said. "He was telling me I am not good enough, that I was not a good Muslim, not a good mother."

So, according to this article, Muhammad didn't convert until '97.

Fry that little pecker-head.

Florida could export Ol' Sparky for that event.

Send them to us in Texas. We will be happy to help out our country in disposing of these savages.

Thanks. But Virginia can take care of it. Keep your eyes on Attorney General Jerry Kilgore, Virginia's next great Governor.

I was stationed in the PI for six years. The press in Asia has no problem showing just how gruesome and violent people can be. Full page color graphics, I think it would open some liberal eyes if they would do that here.

Really. It's almost funny - Steve Ducey on Fox & Friends has asked a few prosecutors over the past couple weeks how they will determine who did what for effective prosecution's sake. Well, Steve, no problem - they were nice enough to keep a log. On a laptop stolen from another murder/crime scene, no less.

Prosecutor: Prince Williams County - Paul Ebert

Anti-terrorism is an untested law.

Magnitude of the cases deem that they be separated.

Trial will possibly take a year, due to the defense will have to investigate a lot of stuff.

Proscecutor objects to live cameras, still cameras okay.

Bobbitt trail changed his opinion on live coverage. Court makes the decision, not the prosecutor Ebert says.

I wonder if the Fairfax County prosecutor will be giving such a briefing soon.

From that article: Malvo was sent to Fairfax County, where he is expected to appear in court later today.

Article also mentions that, while Moose and Montgomery Co. executive Duncan, support the feds' moving the case to VA, Gansler is conspicuously silent on the matter, and was absent from yesterday's meeting. No communications between Gansler and the feds since Gansler filed charges on Oct. 25. D.C. police chief Ramsey also silent, and absent from yesterday's meeting: article says he's frustrated the U.S. Attorney for D.C. has not filed charges for the murder in D.C.

Malvo, who arrived at the Fairfax jail in midafternoon, is scheduled to appear today before Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Chief Judge Charles J. Maxfield. Horan said an attorney would be appointed at today's hearing. Detectives also were questioning him into last evening, sources said. Joshua R. Treem, a Baltimore lawyer who represented Malvo for closed-door appearances in federal court in Maryland, declined to comment.

Turns out the Home Depot shot was from pretty close up: Authorities in Fairfax believe the shooter at the Home Depot store fired from the last row of cars in the store's parking garage, near eastbound Route 50.

Great work!

You might like to know that Osbourne owes around a thousand dollars to a truck driving school in Indiana, where he met his Flint girlfriend who says he wants to marry her,but she is not interested.

Osbourne also worked for Williams and Associates, a security company that guarded the Parkview Aprtments in New Jersey. He was fired for not watching the video cameras. There are a thousand units . A fertile ground for ID and credit theft.I wonder how many murders and robberies there?

On July 20, in El Paso, Texas at the Provost Summer Gun Show, the hand gun was stolen. It is very interesting to note that the "EL-MAIDA" Shrine was the locale."El-MAIDA" means the "TABLE" and it is the fifth surah of the Koran.

I tried to read it but it's confusing. It does mention the "HUNT" at the beginning.

I am working on a list of clues, mainly one or two words, like :

El-Maida
Bulls Eye
Bushmaster
Sure Shot
9/11
NDA21Z

Did the snipers set these "clues" up on purpose?

Absent yesterday was Montgomery County State's Attorney Douglas F. Gansler, who was the first to charge the suspects and has argued that his office should go first in trying them because so many of the killings took place in Montgomery. Gansler watched Ashcroft's announcement on a television in his office in Rockville but declined to comment after issuing a statement.

Slam!!
