Anybody understand why Malvo did not wear gloves? I'm wondering if they only left evidence to point to Malvo (he's also the one who wrote the letters and made the phone calls) because they thought that, as a juvenile, he was only subject to mild punishment.

The gangs in the big cities do this a lot; the minors do a lot of the crimes, and when they are caught, they don't have to do the hard time. There are a lot of feral, wild, completely amoral "children" out there, and the deeds that they will be committing in the coming years will be horrific.

I believe Mohammad is more of a shrewd character. I am still puzzled over when Mohammad has been reported by witnesses of eating in public places during the time of the 13 victim spree, Malvo has never been mentioned. It appears that Mohammad was eating alone.
