Frost is a political enigma. He hasn't lived here for over 20 years, but keeps a lousy $400 apartment in Oak Cliff as his address. He brings home the bacon, and keeps getting re-elected somehow.
He might very well step aside for Kirk after this term...
That would give Kirk a platform. He is a pure political animal and pretty darn impressive. I liked the way he conceded early rather than drag it out and sulk like...Now, what WAS his name? :)
