Having had my share (and maybe some other peoples' share too) of scarey encounters in large urban areas (NO,NYC,Houston,Memphis,Nashville,etc), I say you behaved with correct action.

Since I once lived in Nashville next to Randor Lake, I would like to know just where it happened.

Church Street near Baptist Hospital.....a discount tobacco/beer/pop joint.....not a very bad hood actually as you know.

Another reason I was careless in parking next to them.
