What is Islam?

A belief in One and only God, possessing all the conceivable good attributes and absolutely free from all frailties, IS THE FIRST PRINCIPLE.

Those who follow Islam are called Muslims or Musalmans, but not Muhammadans. They worship One God – the All-mighty, the All-knowing, the All-just, the Cherisher of the Worlds, the Master of the East and the West, the Author of the Heavens and Earth, the Creator of all that exists.

There is none like him. He has no partner or co-sharer. He has begotten no sons or daughters. He is free from passions, and is indivisible, impersonal. From Him all have come and to Him all return.

He is the Light of the Heaven and the Earth, the Glorious, the Magnificent, the Beautiful, the Eternal, the Infinite, the First and the Last.

He was the LAST Prophet, and finally and faithfully preached and established the doctrine of the UNITY of God in a WAY that it can never NOW be shaken by any amount of PROGRESS of RATIONALISM.

Who are ALL respected by Muslims as the righteous persons sent down by the loving GOD to GUIDE his children.

ALL the Prophets, whether from the EAST, or from the WEST, or from the NORTH, or from the SOUTH, brought the SAME common message from the Creator.

This is done, by DECLARING that SUN and MOON and ALL the elements are SUBSERVIENT to human INTELLECT and will in a great measure.

The time will come when in European countries Eid-ul-Fitr and other Muslim festivals will no more remain novelties, and when the cry La ilaha illallah Muhammad Rasulallah will be heard from high minarets five times every day from European cities.

The Khalifat Movement of the 1920’s, which came out of Muslim sectors of India and the various Muslim political organizations against Hindus, was the beginning of the “modern” politicization of Islam and Islamic terrorist movement. You can actually trace most of it back to then, you can even trace the Bath (of Saddam, Iraq) back to that. It was the politicization of Muslims against the liquidation of the Ottoman Empire and the Caliphate. From 1935 onwards when, on his return from England, Jinnah became the President of the All India Muslim League, later the “founder” of Pakistan, the secrets of hatred were learned very well. From this root, the Khalifat Movement, came the modern organized, and political, Muslim terrorist organizations. They, at least their leaders, became very powerful, and subsequent power, a result of lessons they learned in the use of hatred of anyone else (but, at that time, in particular the hatred of Hindus and Jews in India), changed the nature of Islamic movement. In 1913, Islam still had roots. The sermon of 1913 is very, very different, than the pamphlets of the various Muslim and Islamic Leagues of Calcutta in the subsequent 30 years following. In 1913, there was Islam. But this all started to change. Those who lead the politicization Islam, became modern politicians. But politicians in a very different world than what is understood in America. Certainly, Europe had some similar, though circumstantial, experience in communal hatred. But in the world where these Muslim leaders, these politicians more than religionist, these terrorist more than defenders, grew up in, from the streets of Calcutta or Bombay, it was a world where blood was not only common but a way, and a means, and with enough blood you could float a boat on it like a stream, and maybe go somewhere. From there, it spread. Within 10 years, these new leaders were killing all of the Khwajah Kamal-ud-Din’s and all of their followers. I think most of them are dead today. And the Jinnah’s are alive.

The Sword of the Prophet

The Koran sanctions pillage, looting, ransom, and the rape of captive women as an incentive to join in jihad or "holy war"

Mohammed kept one-fifth of all spoils of war for himself

The Koran allows a man to have up to four wives -- at any one time. He can divorce a wife by simply saying so 3 times

Mohammad had as many as 25 wives. One was six when they married; he was 54. He consummated the marriage when she was 9

At least 27 people were murdered on Mohammed's orders

Mohammed allowed temporary marriage "for three nights" or more, so that soldiers in the field could "marry" prostitutes

The Koran assures the Muslim the right to own slaves by purchasing them or as a bounty of war. Mohammad had dozens

Almsgiving and mercy is commended in Islam -- but the beneficiaries have to be Muslims only

In Islam, the definition of what is "right" or "just" is not fixed, but changeable by divine decree -- enabling the most henous sins and crimes to be declared "the will of Allah"

The joys and glories of the Islamic "paradise" are tangible and sensual and include sex with virgins -- and young boys

As Mohammad progressed from visionary and teacher to warlord and ruler, his style and message became more depraved, violent and intolerant. It is these later "revelations" that are considered definitive by Islamic authorities when they conflict with earlier ones often cited for Western consumption

The Crusades were a belated military response to three centuries of Muslim aggression against Christian lands and peoples

Islam divides the world into the House of Islam (where Islam rules) and the House of War (where it doesn't). The two are permanently at war; there may be temporary truces, but peace will come only upon the completion of global conquest

When Muslims are a minority community, the Koran permits them to adopt a peaceful attitude to deceive their neighbors, until they feel strong enough to dispense with the pretense

The massacres perpetrated by Muslims in India are unparalleled in history, bigger in sheer numbers than the Holocaust

Muslim persecution of Christians has caused suffering and death for millions over 13 centuries -- and continues today

The myth of Islam's "tolerance" of religious minorities contradicts its teaching, history, and present reality

Islam's "golden age" was parasitic on the Christian cultures and peoples it conquered, and ended when it "killed the host"

In 1993, Saudi Arabia's supreme religious authority declared that the world is flat, and that anyone who disagrees is an infidel to be punished

Like Communism, Islam cannot foster prosperity, and is always reliant on plunder or unearned wealth (e.g., from oil)

Islam recognizes no distinction between temporal and divine authority; the only "legitimate" government is a theocracy

America's "ally" Saudi Arabia remains the most intolerant Islamic regime in the world, where the practice of any religion besides Islam is as strictly prohibited as in Mohammed's day

The first imam to deliver a Muslim prayer for the U.S. House of Representatives in 1991, declared in 1997 that Muslims will eventually elect the president and replace the constitutional government with an Islamic caliphate
