I don't blame the movie... I totally agree, but how much do you want to bet that the 'poor victim's' family has already hired a lawyer to sue the producers of the movie?

The father doesn't sound like he wants to sue. He is Chinese and regrets not raising Kelvin in the traditional Chinese culture. Sounds like he should have named the kid WONG WAY.

That's the price you pay when you create a movie like this. They knew the liability when they released the film.
