Maybe it would have been better had these American Ninjas dressed in oversized oval green armor over polyurethane turtle suits and communicated via names of famous artists.
Could have prevented a disasterous confusion.
Either that, or Bill could have gotten on the phone to Robin at Teen Titans headquarters. Or called the Powerpuff Girls...Samurai Jack...He-Man...Dave the Barbarian.
