Channel 12 reported Reginald was in court in shackles again today as he tried to fight with the guards earlier in the day.
These two guys were on trial for FIVE murders, what happened to the other conviction? Anybody.....
They weren't convicted of capital murder for 1 of the counts, so the judge will decide the sentence for that crime. Here in Kansas the jury gives the sentence in death penalty cases.
