You know what, I really like your approach! I don't like creating yet another bureaucratic sloth to suck out tax dollars. Waging this thing as the war it is makes imminent sense to me. The biggest obstacle is leftover PC of the clinton era and the fact that citizens have yet to realize we are actually at war all over this nation! I'll be watching this thread to see the weigh-ins.
