Are you referring to the "innocent civilians" that were dancing in the streets following the September 11th attacks? Or are you talking about the "innocent civilians" that support terrorism through donations to Muslim "charities?" Are talking about the "innocent civilians" that have vowed to wage a jihad against American citizens? The fact is these "innocent civilians" aren't so innocent.
