[history]
Democrats love to lecture conservative Republicans on the virtues of tolerance and civility, but when Minnesota and the nation witnessed the unseemly manners of the activist left at the Wellstone memorial-turned-campaign-rally, the limousine liberals finally ran out of gas.
Far from an anomaly, the unfortunate event at Williams Arena now represents all that is wrong with the party of Alec Baldwin, Jessica Lange, Bill Moyers and Garrison Keillor.

This article pretty much sums up the Dem's problem: they're held hostage to small special interest groups and their views are so out of touch with most Americans they don't stand a chance of gaining power anytime soon. Stick a fork in'em.

This was published in that communist mouthpiece, the Star-Tribune? I hear hell freezing over...

The Democratic party is now made up almost entirely of minorities. And they wonder why they are the Minority Party.

Keillor was right! Coleman was behind the crash of Wellstone's plane.
I have proof here

When I saw THE STAR TRIBUNE and then read the article, I couldn't believe my eyes. Then I got to the bottom and saw that it was an opinion article written by someone with no connection to the Red Star.
The writer has just attacked everything that is sacred to the Star Tribune, as well as the democratic party.

We have finally come to the point where the leftist media is helping US..........most people are so turned off by their extremism, their excuse for every outrage, and their support for every enemy of civilized society that it inures to our side.
Long after the dems had apologyzed for the disastrous rally, the media was still excusing it and claiming that the republicans were the only ones reacting. And they are still at it...........

This was published in that communist mouthpiece, the Star-Tribune? I hear hell freezing over... Jason Lewis is perhaps one of the best and smartest right wing talk show hosts I have ever heard. He occaissioanlly says he may run for office in MN, having lost a house race while he was living in Boulder, Colorado. He is a libertarian who get it -- do not vote libertarian to kill the conservative agenda. I enjoy listening to him immensly. Ever since i have moved to Florida, I routinely try to listen to his webcast at 1500kstp.com between 6 and 9 eastern. Give it a shot -- he is Michael Savage without the nonsense...

He(Jason Lewis) is a libertarian who get it -- do not vote libertarian to kill the conservative agenda. A very rare breed amongst the "typical" Libertarian crowd on FR, IMO(whose only isuue is "drugs and pornography uber alles" ad nauseum).
A very well written article that hit the proverbial "nail on the head" about the democrats losses in the 2002 midterm election.
Kudos to the Star-Tribune for printing this article, although, I have my doubts of the democrat liberal mouthpieces of all liberal mouthpieces, the New York Times, would let this get passed further than the trash bin.

Betcha big bucks the article was as a result of major FReeping of the Star Tribune in the aftermath of the Wellstone rally.

Michael Feldman's "Whada You Know" on NPR is a program I like to listen to. This weekend he had some real POS author on pumping her book. She was the most disgusting, vile, bile spewing bitch I had ever heard. She smuggly nattered on about people's religion, Jesus, God, idiot republicans, Coleman, Bush, and every other serious adult. Eventually Feldman was so turned off, he pronounced that he really did not like her book. As true with all liberals, she then turned on him!
I e-mailed NPR and told them I would never listen to them again after hearing that garbage.

Forgot to mention this, you will be hearing it soon, as it sounds like one of those talking points the rats feel they have to produce.
The woman on NPR said..."What, now we have to have republicans telling us how to mourn at funerals? The GD nerve of Norm Coleman and his ilk"

A very rare breed amongst the "typical" Libertarian crowd on FR, IMO(whose only isuue is "drugs and pornography uber alles" ad nauseum). Actually, it occurs to me that it seems that way because conservatives tend to agree with libertarians in other areas, and the points of disagreement are what stand out. If this were democraticunderground.com, heaven forbid, and they actually allowed different points of view (fat chance!), the DUHers would be griping about how the libertarians are always talking about taxes, school privatization, and the like.

Extremists obsessed with positions that even college radicals eventually outgrow....Ouch!!You might want to put a little ice on that.
I was a college radical, and unlike Bill Clinton, I got a real job.
