Hopefully NOT the way my husband went along with it. He thought he could eat fried foods all day long, all he wanted, and the oat bran would magically cleanse all the fat out of his body. He is now taking cholesterol lowering drugs. I warned him that oat bran was a healthy food NOT a cure for his bad eating habits! LOL We try to eat healthier all the time... so when we die we can have a healthy looking corpse?

When I started college we were told by the college administration that referring to our female classmates as "girls" was an honor code violation and could result in dismissal from the college if it persisted.
