The key is the war on terrorism. If we get mauled with really bad domestic terrorism, our economic recovery also goes in the tank. Then we could wind up with a 60-40 Democrat Senate and a Dem in the White House. (But Gore will never be POTUS, in my opinion. I think he is unelectable by now.)
